Platinum Coast Inspections

I was in the process of changing homeowners insurance so I needed a Wind Mitigation and 4 Point inspection. I called Mark and he was able to schedule me immediately. When he came out to do the inspections he was very friendly and professional. When he left, I had the completed inspections in less than 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Mark to a friend looking to have inspection work done!!!

Mark was very responsive to our need to get our inspection completed as a term of our purchase. The inspection he did was extremely thorough and easy to understand. All the pictures he provided clearly showed areas needing attention and provided us with what we needed to move forward.

Mark and Tina are the best! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking to buy a home in Naples. Professional, prompt and happy to answer any questions, Mark took the time to explain FL building codes and what changes were made post hurricane Andrew which helped ease any concerns I had, as well as what possible insurance discounts the home qualifies for based on its construction.Their reporting is through and includes pictures and descriptions of any issues they found throughout the course of their inspection. Tina is a born and raised Neapolitan who knows the area and can answer whatever questions you have. They were also able to schedule my inspection with one days notice and produced their report same day! Wonderful team and service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mark was professional, responsive and respectful. He and Tina completed my condominium's inspection in 2 hours as promised. Mark reviewed the few items that need fixing before leaving the premises. I received the complete report and mold test results within hours. I highly recommend this team as I have confidence in their work.
